I teach infant massage training workshops in the comfort of my clients' homes and at The Family Garden in Longmont. Groups of 2-5 families are welcome.
With all the nursing, carrying, and cuddling many mothers do it's so fun to see dads getting in on more touch! Dads: babies need your loving touch, too...
Thank you clients! Many massage and infant massage clients have reviewed me on Facebook, Yelp or Thumbtack.com. Read some testimonials here.
Foundational Well-Being is at the heart of my work
Taking care of myself -- slowing down, listening, and making time for whatever my body needs -- are integral peices of my well-being. When I'm feeling off kilter, I do my best to return to simple, tried and true practices which bring me back to center. What works? Many things-- and different things at different times.
Some of my go-to's are exercise, silence, receiving massage, cooking, yoga retreats, gardening, fiction, being in nature, a hot bath, laughing. Even cleaning -- sweeping, decluttering, folding -- sometimes offers the perfect antidote to frenzy and irritation.
What's in your well-being kit? Whatever your tools are, use them often and you shall live a life that runs on peace and harmony, not adrenaline and reactivty. "He who lives in harmony with himself lives in harmony with the world." – Marcus Aurelius
